Thomas E. McGowan is a Managing Director of Siguler Guff. Mr. McGowan joined the firm in 2000. Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Mr. McGowan was a Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Lynch & Mayer, Inc., a specialized domestic growth stock manager with assets under management of $6.0 billion. During his tenure, Mr. McGowan was a member of the Executive Committee and responsible for strategic planning, business development, marketing, sales and client relations.
Prior to Lynch & Mayer, Mr. McGowan was a Regional Vice President of The Travelers Investment Group.
Mr. McGowan holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
