David Dubinsky Vice President & Controller

David Dubinsky, Vice President, joined Siguler Guff as Controller in 2000 and is responsible for ensuring legal, audit and other reporting requirements for the firm's investment services. He is also responsible for obtaining information on various investments and ensuring compliance with complex financing agreements.

Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Mr. Dubinsky was a manager within the Assurance & Advisory Business Services department at Ernst and Young LLP, where he managed over 30 private equity/venture capital funds and verified compliance with the standards of the Association of Investment Management & Research "AIMR" for over 25 investment strategies.

Mr. Dubinsky holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton and is a Certified Public Accountant.
